Dear Akihisa,
I like this view of the rocks in the sea! The photo looks a bit blurry, and I might prefer to sharpen it a little (especially to see the distant rock (in the BG) better. Anyway, concerning the composition and the general atmosphere/mood of the photo, it's as good as all your "Nature" shots!
The sea water adds a refreshing look and the mood of constant changes, and the solid rocks add the idea of stability.
I also like the cloudy sky with its dark clouds with bits of light blue among them :)
