Those of us who remember the 1960's & 70's, will instantly see the peace sign. The hawk, a symbol of war, is perched ominously, & opportunistically, on the fingertips. The analogy being we must always be vigilant.

Japan is the only country in the world that has ever experienced the full horror of nuclear weapons.
