[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
At Sugimoto temple〈杉本寺〉, in front of the main building,
on a steep hill side.
It was quite a climb to get to this spot.
In Kamakura, early March.

Hello Kei. Are those plum blossom at the top of the frame? I've never seen plum blossom before and forgive me for asking.
This is very nice first impression of the temple. My guess is that tank is for washing your feet. We had those until in the sixties. I don't think I can find that in any of Malaysian house any more. I like the vertical format of the image and the way the light and shadow are utilized here. Superb sharpness and excellent clarity in this pleasant shot. Well done and thanks for sharing. Best regards. Jusni

Beautiful view Kei,

I always adored the blooming trees of Japan. I think its one of the first thoughts that comes to my mind when someone mentions the country. They are really beyond descriptions. A good view here, with your traditional - albeit a bit unusual - POV (works nicely though).

Dont be a stranger now. :)
