Many thanks to Hisashi-san (Hispic) who gave me informations about this nice spot in Bunkyo-ku. See his picture here

Taken at 5:46 PM, last monday. Fuji-san in the background, and Shinjuku skyscrapers in the foreground (Opera City, Grand Hyatt, Tokyo metropolitan government etc.)

Hello Emanuel,
Fantastic photo with great POV and nice colors.
I like the sky and the mountain and of course buildings are also interesting..

I saw Hisashi-san's work too, which to me was too gorgeous/high-key.
I like your quiet tonality, gray Fuji against the vermillion-red sky, almost an ukiyo-e quality I might say.
I prefer Hisashi-san's composition however (sorry I keep comparing) because judging from the vertical lines
I feel that you have a slight tilt to the right (sorry I am nuts about this), and I might like to see
Fuji a little more to the left, then crop out the dark buildings, perhaps two-thirds of them from the bottom..
But overall very nice shot capturing a wonderful twilight scene Tokyo can offer.
-K.

Captured very well the actual feeling, the obstruction lights of the rooftops look red correct.

It's so. Fuji-san seems to disappear at time when the lights of the building light up.
You selected the appropriate time 17:46, it is suitable for the theory with the most wonderful 30 minutes after the sunset, because time of the sunset of February 11(holiday) was 17:18. After this it is blue time for Mr. PixelTerror. More a lot of lights light up when it is a weekday.
The color of the sky seems an ukiyoe color, as KiiT-san said. The suppressed chroma seen in the tradition painting of Japan seems not to be liked so much in TE. Mr.Miyazaki always fights hard.

Thank you for having the interest to my photo.
Have a nice evening, Hisashi

Beautiful balance of skyscrapers. I like the colorful lights in this picture. Fujisan is looking beautiful as always.

Have added this as a favourite just because I love the colours so much.

Salut Emanuel,
Amazing mix of red sky, Fuji-san silhouette, and the lit skyscrapers. Well realized, indeed a great spot and right moment.
cheers,
CT
