This was taken with the manual focus lens, it was very difficult to focus the eye of the subject moving hard. She is a vocalist of the rock band Rumor on the street, Harajuku Tokyo.

You have caught the moment so well, the placement of her arms and her expression is great; really alludes to the carefree and unfettered lifestyle of the Japanese rockstar. Well done!

such a good capture, i agree, and a beautiful girl too :)) it says "i don't stand still for a second" i find it interesting that she wears a large cross. is it a fashion statement?

Great job ! Especially with a manual focus. Furthermore, you've got luck with you as the cross was just in front of her arm when you made the shot.

Great jurnalistic work. Should give the girl a photo of herself, you did a great job on showing her best. Good action on her cross, hair and hands...the dof is better than good.

I like this picture because you caught it at the height of the action. I also like the COF, with the bright discs of out-of-focus light in the background. Congratulations on using manual focus so successfully. A couple of sugestions: There is a spot of red reflection in the girl's mouth which you could easily clone out. The presentation with a narrow white frame is nice, but it does merge with the white areas on the edges of the picture. A very narrow (hairline) black "keyline" around the picture, separating it from the frame would make it look better.
