First the positives:
Your timing was good, Shail, and you captured that singular movement of the charming (still charming) Japanese girl turning to her "impassive" (NOT bored!) boyfriend. It is, if you will, a classic moment, repeated a thousands times that night.
Now the not-so-good:
Low POV resulting in an inverted triangle is now a staple of yours and it's fine but here all it reveals in the back is a couple of nondescript modern buildings in Azabu.
There is a lack of sharpness on their faces, maybe due to sticking to a lower iso to avoid the dreded noise higher up I don't know, but I think here their faces need a touch more sharpness.
Your title is misleading, Shail. It is one thing to be "lazy" with titles, but here you are describing a totally different scene (Hanabi, as you know means "Fireworks watching") which took place near the Tama River on another night altogether - this is the Azabu Juban Matsuri. You are mislabelling your goods, man...;o)
All in all not your best effort in the genre, but still interesting of course.

Shail,
As Francis clearly put it, this is charming and all but your very low PoV is getting a bit old. Maybe a little higher next time. Thing is I love the way she's looking at him with her hand up. It's romantic really.
As for the clarity, I'd rather go with a high ISO and gain much noise, than grab a not so clear photo. Don't get me wrong. This is to me is a fine setting.

Hi, Shailendra, again.
After have red Francis arguments, I agree I was not objective enough.
I am not against "original photographs" or against searching something "other"...But I can hardly see something of "new" of "brillant" in this one...There is an interesting expression of the man...yes, I agree...and something of interesting in the general mood...But IMO, is not achivied at all...light is no good...You can ask me "what is good light"...I understand you are looking for something of different in light...not only "correct" light...But this light...is not interesting for me, not original at all..and not good at all...And photo licks sharperness or...blurr... ;)
Best regards. Grazyna.

Hello Shail,
THe point of view is great and I like the way the sky breaks into the photo from above, however I find that the faces which are the main element of the photo are a bit darkk?
Regards
Daniel
