Nice saturation of colors as usual, but I think his face is a bit oversaturated. I like the low Pov and slight tilt. Two visible faces are both ingesting something.
I like you and Francis' take on the Kyodo festival.
Take care,
Brian

There seems growing interest on our two very different takes on the Kyodo Festival. Your presentation is very dramatic, I would describe it as "nigh-apocaplyptic", it is a world on fire, revolution just around the corner. Tremendously exciting from a technical standpoint (if not exactly accurate...)it is certainly a unique vision. Here the child'S face is very RED, perhaps it just turned out thatw ay. I also note the lovely golden light on the left side which takes away our attention somewhat, and the absence of your beautiful trademark BLUE, as Luko noted.
Still it is a compelling shot, highly original and focused.
Best,
Francis

There you go again S! You've got the angle right, bringing interest in a passing scene, good handling of light too...saturated colours look wierd on the cheeks but it has given a nice touch!
Treat yourself to some icecreams! ;)

The oversaturation is somehow working for you here and in your last few pictures.
Really nice...

aah, this one is really beautiful. The light, the angle, the colour, the expression captured, all work tremendously. This is definitely the best in this series so far for me.
