Tokyo Night

| A restaurant near Suidobashi station. A quite "normal" quarter of Tokio with a lot of "daily life", so not as exiting as Shinjuko or Shibuja |

very well seen and out of time. the grainy b&w is superb.
You know what, this is probably one of the most under-rated photo on TE lately. This is an absolutely superb 'decisive moment', though you have not labeled it as one. Moody, dark and quzzical simultaneously, the image is as well conceived as a glass of deliciously mature wine. Bravo! A favorite!

Animesh
I fully agee with Animesh here, Frank - a hugely underestimated image - I was in Vietnam when you uploaded this one and just now stmbled upon it. Wow, luminous, transecndent and all that stuff ;o)
Bravo,
Francis
I like this photo quite a lot. I was going through your gallery, and this photo, once opened, just grab me and I could not stop to look at it. In fact, it is her eyes that have mesmerized me in some way. That and her smile. For me, it is what makes this photo. It "talks". I also like how her face is on the light side (white hair, face lit by the light) and the contrast with the two (or maybe three) dark silhouettes. That is putting even more the emphasis on her.
Good one Frank.
