Photographer’s Note
I took this because I thought it was just a spectacular sight which includes the biggest fish I think in any fish displays around Japan.
The tank itself is enormous and the people are so tiny, the glass in 600mm thick and going up close to it is amazing too, because the fish are so clear still.
I know this pic is a bit blurry but I think it is nice to see that the fish are moving and they still alive.
I hope you like it.
I would like to thank Wakako and Seb, my friends in Okinawa who drove us to this spectacular spot.
I hope you like it.

Yes, this is a very spectacular shot, and the silhouetted people around the glass give a good idea of scale.

this is good Daniel. silhuettes of people in front of a huge aquarium are great. pitty it lacks sharpness.
i think a perpendicular angle (with respect to the aquarium) might have worked better.

This is cool, Dan. You definitely captured the "aquarium feel" here. The silhouettes of the spellbound crowd in front of the giant fishtank with a lot of activity going on inside. Really nicely done.

A en voir la faible luminosité cette image devait etre techniquement assez difficile a faire car le flou pouvais etre bien plus present.
Le resultat est superbe car le bleu dominant nous plonge bien dans cet univers marin.
Bravo Daniel

Fantastic capture, Daniel! Your angle of taking reveals all the scenery from distance, so the silhouettes of people contrast so nicely to the blue aquarium and the big fish there. Excellent job!
Many thanks to your friends too! ;-)

This is very impressive. I love the blue of the water and the silhouette of all the people. And what is in there is really impressive. Is that a whale-shark on top? It's almost like they're standing in front of a giant movie screen. Very nicely done. Very cool.

A very good decision to spot on this aquarium Daniel. Water life is always beautiful. The dimensions seem really amazing, you really made it well in choosing the POV and including people. 600mm glass, that's impressive. Very nice catch.

I have to totally agree with kourosh...
you could have tried many shots for the same subjet in different angles! Shutter speed could be faster in order to freeze the fishes and to have absolut black silhouetts!
Nice subject you have there... next time try to be more creative and abstractive!

Wow, this is quite an aquarium, lots of fish in it. The dark silhouettes of the people standing in front, are very nice, and the distance you could keep, is great. extraordinary picture.

I've been in the Lisbon Oceanarium (the biggest in Europe) and none of my photos came like this... :-(
Good exposure control and a very good POV.
