Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken in Shinjuku Kabukicho district.
On a Saturday night in summer vacations, obviously this place was full of people and lights even late at night.
I took this picure standing on a road-divider so that I could capture on-coming head-lights and the backgroud lighting.

Greetings Shailesh.
The geometric patterns created by the lights make your photo stand out. I like the use of the blurred lights. This type of photography seems to be falling out of favor, most think it's a mistake I guess. Nice perspective.

Chris

Hi Shailesh Date ^_^
I love the neon effect of the lights on the the road. No doubt the 2 second exposure time caused this effect.
This is a great composition and mix of colours.
The focus is very soft, however... I expect the slight blurriness came about because of that long exposure time.
I think the photo could do with rotating slightly clockwise, to make it straighter.
I would try to either crop out, or remove using a mask, that big sign with the 'N' on the left. It is not consistent with the rest of the image.
Great attempt. Good work! Well done! ^_^
Regards,
Richard
