Photographer’s Note

What do you do when its 1 am adn you cant sleep. well if you have a camera you go out and take pictures. Well I do at least. This was shot out of bordom. Ome Kaido is one of the larger streets running across most of Tokyo. Well at least my side of Tokyo. This photo was obviously taken using a long shutter sheed. I dont remember waht it was as the original photo is now in a box in the US so I cant give the details at this time. Suprisingly there is still a good amount of traffic leate at night. Even if it is about 95% taxis and delivery trucks.

Good use of a sleepless night :) The trails of light are vey nice, especially those of the braking cars in the lower left side. Well seen...

A very, very busy street... at least it looks like that in this time exposure. Very well done Boof. I am intrigued by the lights that just stop in the middle of the intersection... what the??? Hey , and the motor bike (?) in the on-coming lane, stopped at the lights??? Great... so much detail.

Je comprends rien de rien à la scène, qui va ou le pourquoi du comment on obtient cela mais le rendu est superbe !

Peut t'on avoir des infos sur les temps d'ouvertures, d'exposition etc ?

Interesting shot! You should't sleep more often! ;-) Phantomatic cars are really fun.. we can see their lights, but no more the cars itself. Nice shot Boof. It is strange to see from where you took the picture. Seems you were up just over the road... Flying during your dream? Ah! That's it! You WERE sleeping... and dreaming you were taking pictures... hum.... ;-)
