I wish Merry Christmas to TE friends and your families!

This is for TE friends, taken at VenusFort in Odaiba, Tokyo. It is one of the most popular illuminations spot in Tokyo.
The timing of capture was difficult, because the color and brightness changed bewilderingly. one of more than 30 pieces.

Even if the lighting is not very spectacular i like the picture for the mass of spectators.

Konnichiwa Hisashi-san,
what a very nice and interesting picture from Odiba. The cool blue illumination, the strong contrast of yellow, warm light and the way how the crowd is gathered arround the fountain is absolutely amazing! It looks like formes the waves of the water is continued in the pattern of the crowd.
Also amazing: This place (Odiba) is 100% artificial, but so many people seem to love this imitation, which could be anywhere in the world. Thank you for sharing this nice picture and Merry Christmas!
p.s.: In 2003 I saw Odaiba by myself, too.

A great photograph, well exposed and nice colouring. The composition is well balanced and the shot works well. 30 pieces is not much, it takes me 100!

What are doing this people,i thik many of them take picture of the light show?
Your picture is wonderful because staying far of the scene permite to include people in the show, it's a good idea.I like this kitch décoration and light,i hope to see them changing.

Hi Hisashi.

This view is beautiful. Great lighting--the blues are particularly spectacular. Very nice perspective. The crowd looks massive and they are all attracted to the lights. Very nice!

I really like how the gold light from the balconies complement the brilliantly blue ceiling. Great composition and exposure as well.
