somen is a noodle made from wheat flour. they served it cold n eat it by dipping to a sauce. its famous as a summer food. this somen was very unique for me, cuz we have to catch the noodle while running on a water on a bamboo with our chopsticks. so u got to be good using chopsticks or else, u wont get any of somen .....
