Photographer’s Note
This is my version of the Golden Temple (Kinkajuji Temple or is it Kinkajuji Pavilion?). Real gold was used in the temple. So, it is guarded and no entry is allowed. It was originally the residence of Shogun Ashikaga Yoxnimitsu when he was alive.
It was raining a little bit. You can see the rain drops on the pond and rain dripping from the evergreen on the right. There were a lot of school kids on outings. So, it was quit a challenge to shoot around excited children and teachers trying to herd them. The kids were on the whole rather well behave, I must say.

The place is splendid, and it is a clear and detailed photograph. However, the photo is tilted, so you could correct that with a little rotation. Also, if you had framed it more towards the left, you could have taken the complete tree on the left and thus have decentred the principal subject, which is always a good thing.
