Photographer’s Note
These obviously arent razor blades, but I just thought they did by looking at the thumbnail.
This picture is only a small section of all the participants. I took this today and it was a world record, it shows the Japanese people playing a traditional instrument, it is half a piano and with strings. I am not too sure what it is called. But I will find out for you.
I was talking to a Hawaiin because he was talking about phootgraphy to me for some reason, very friendly though and he was telling me that he was with a group of people from Hawaii taking part in the world record (for the most participants in playing this instrument.)
I hope you like it, I took over 50 pics

Hi Dan,
I wish we can play the sound with this photo. It must be amazing to listen to the large crowd to play the same type of instrument.
I like your POV, the diagonal arrangement, the repetition, nice details and clarity. Well done.

It is very impressive! I like the scale that you chose for the picture, because it both gives an idea of mass, and allows to see the details when having a closer look.
well done.

Very graphic photography. And really impressive, all these people playing at the same time.
Thank you for sharing,

Well, Dan, one more time your pattern-finding eye didn't fail you. Very well seen this repetition of the folks with the instruments. The fact that they are all dressed in white greatly amplifies the graphical impact. I like it.

Excellent compo, excellent repetition. I like the diagonal lines in your shot. The point of view is great. To take 50 pictures it's easy. The difficult part is to choose the best among them!! Very nice work Dan!

Hi Dan,
When I saw of your world record razor blades, I decided immediately to try to break this record. I like to come in the Guinnesbook of Record. In the WS you can see if I succeeded.
Great picture. Groet Rob

Well Dan,
An incredible event, but I like THIS one better than the one you posted later. Maybe beacause of diagonals, I dunno.
Very strong graphical impact of this one!

A very strange atmosphere. It looks like a workshop and I can't imagine it's a "cultural" one !! I look forward to discovering other pics from this moment !!

That's a lot of people for this portion of this group. I like the angle of this one which gives it a dynamic feel that strongly moves through this both from left top to bottom right and up an down each row. It's also something how everyone also came dressed alike for this meeting. At first I thought it was some kind of huge office of some kind. It sort of has that dystopian feel of the giant and faceless bureaucracy at work. This is very cool. And what a sound it must have been listening to it all.

Hmmm, Dan, instead of your newer pictures, I wanted to come back to this one. I had seen it, but no time to rate.
You filled the frame really beautiful this way, Dan, and I guess you were lucky to be there, and shot the scene from this angle.
VERY nice diagonal picture!
