I really like this photo as it takes some time to realize what it is, particularly if you've never seen a frozen tuna before. The Japanese kanji marked into the frost coating provides the perfect focal point as well as making it unmistakeably Asian.

I would have liked to see the head or a fin or something. Without your description I wouldn't have any clue what this was. Knowing it's a tuna, I find this a very interesting picture. Very nice color (basically black and white w/ reds)

Being able to see the brush strokes in the frost from the kanji makes this a great pic.
A good observation of an interesting place.
