Photographer's Note

The banks of Meguro River in Tokyo are lined with flowering cherry trees. These are spectacular in spring each year.
All of the local shops pay a little to put the shop name on these lanterns that hang from the trees. The pink side says Meguro River Cherry Blossom Festival, and the white side is Beniya Book Store.

The fuzzy zone on the right bottom is a bit distracting: did you apply a digital filter behind your copyright layer?
Answer:
I'm not sure what you mean. If it's the blurred blossom above and to the left of my copyright, then that is because the wind was blowing, moving parts of the tree. The only filter used was Unsharp Mask to sharpen a little after resizing to upload to TrekEarth.
