Une photo de remarquable qualité avec des tons d'image originaux, en particulier dans le ciel, et un POV intéressant.

This is great. I really like the contrast between the super-crisp buildings and the soft sky. The colours of the buildings and sky compliment each other too.
I like the lights too because they add another "straight line" dimension to the photo and add to its precision.
You have picked up a bit of flare from some of those lights though - it's pretty minor but might be worth removing if you feel the need. I'd also be tempted to crop away some of the sky and have more light trails from cars. I think that would add to the dynamic nature of the photo somehow and make it 'pop' a bit more?
Overall though, a well crafted photo and I'm sure it will attract a lot of attention.
