I find the railing at right distracting. I would try cropping that out. Having only hands showing money in one hand and beer in another may make for a more engaging shot.

@adam: I agree.. it would be a more intersting shot if there are only the money and the beer, maybe framed..

I agree with the comments relating to the distraction of the metal bar on the left. I decided to try it to see what it would look like, and so I have done a workshop on your photo.

Asashi you say?
I first heard of this brand when I got my sertificate of membership to Katori Shinto Dojo, the sertificate was protected inside cutouts of a Asashi case! :)

The railing is ruining a lot here, but I think the beer girl is such a striking colour in contrast to the otherwise dull background that she still standsout nicely.
Photo is a bit bright, a bit overexposed even, it works though.
