Photographer’s Note
We had fortunately a fine weather on last Sunday after long rainy days. The temperature exceeded 33°C. Almost everyone were waiting in the shade for crossing the street at the crossing.
I came across this scene when strolling instinctively through the street of Shibuya, Tokyo.

Hi HIsashi
I see you have a rainy summer too... but when the sun comes I see ladies fashion gets very short :-)
The view is luminous and there seems to be a nice reflection potential on the building on the right
Have a nice day JY

Hello Hisashi,
I can guess a strong work on contrast on this shot to allow a good details rendering in the shadows.
I appreciate the good visibility on the shape of each body making easy the reading of the photo in foreground.
As bonus, we have the reflection on the right building.
With your photo we are travelling in Tokyo and it is a pleasure to discover.
Yves.

Hello Hisashi,
The modern buildings together with the reflection in the glass wall are lovely elements in these picture.
The people waited are almost all very young people.
Composition and presentation are very well. TFS.
Have a nice day,
John.

I love the almost studio lighting look on the people - even tho they are standing in shadows. Good technique as always.

Hello Hisashi.
You certainly have your own style, full of bright colours and recently some tall buildings leaning inwards! It's a very striking picture like some of your earlier ones. Nicely timed shot, with the row of people in the shade across the foreground of your picture. I like the reflection in the building on the right!
Good work.

Andrew

Hi Hisashi,
I like the scene, people looking around as they didn't know to go, the reflection is also very eye-catching, well seen!
Best regards

Hi Hisashi,
I like very much this composition.
People are so equally scattered throughout the image, all looking away from you. Your perspective and wide angle arrange the buildings very originally so I have the impression that I am in a forest looking up. The reflections are nice too.
Great job,
M

Dear Hisashi
So not only Thailand in particular Bangkok but also Japan got rainy days lately. In Bangkok's case we have rainy weather with flooding since Sunday. You have produced a very interesting shot, everybody from the back ready to walk into the sunshine, it really fits your note. Very good management of light and contrast, producing very vibrant colors with great sharpness. The buildings are tilted due to the shifting of the lens e.g. you possibly have taken the shot from below. Normally I would critique the tilting, but in this picture it works perfectly to get the message across. Well done
Best regards
Urs
