Photographer’s Note
J Village is a soccer training center about 4 hours north east of Tokyo. The nuclear power plant is located just 10 minutes walking distance from the center and there is a beach beside the power plant. Many soccer players were there enjoying themselves by the beach that day. Personally, i wont go near the water :)

Looks like the last place to swim!
The picture looks somewhat blue; I guess it was the light.
The composition is very good. The picture is divided to three parts (gold ratio!) which lead the eyes from the sky to the chimney, and finally the swimmers.
