9/18 Yurikamome
Crossing Shiodome Shiosite, one of Tokyo's newest cities within the city. Its spectacular skyscrapers accommodate many offices, modern buildings, futuristic and clean urban landscapes.
The Yurikamome is an un-manned, elevated train with rubber tires, which connects Shimbashi Station ( JR Yamanote Line) with Odaiba Island.
Yurikamome is Tokyo's first fully automated transit system, controlled entirely by computers with no drivers on board. However, the line is not the first in Japan, as Kobe's Port Liner opened in 1981, 14 years before the Yurikamome.

The first time I saw this futuristic train was in an amazing and beautiful picture of TE two months before arriving Japan. In that picture the light was specially beautiful and it evoked me a Sci Fi scene. I tried to repeat the same shot but the summer light was not the same, so I tried to be original and made different ones.
Finally I've decided to convert my picture to B&W, and contrast it a little bit.
By the way, if you want to see the beautiful picture that led me to this place don't miss it. Thank you Christian

I like this view, almost hypnotic, with these repeated geometrical patterns.

Hi Ricard,
A good graphic shot with all these lines, I like the curving perspective lines and nice composition with the train coming towards us on the one side, I like the filtered light too.

Wanda
