yellow leaves

Yellow leaves in Zao onsen, a nice little hotspring town in Yamagata-ken. We took a very narrow, windy and misty road for several kilometers up in the mountain, and finally managed to arrive at this little nice pond. Leave colors were so marvelous, ranging from yellow to bright red.
Zao Onsen is also a ski resort, which I recommend! nothing beats a hot bath in natural water after a day skiing. |

Very nice fall photo. It seems Japans' leaves are turning color as the ones we have here in Canada. I wonder how this image would turn out if you have taken it closer to the ground looking a bit up.
TE has been influenced by beautiful fall colors recently :-) and this one is one of the nicest. well done!
rich beautiful colors and a great feeling of peace and harmony come from this photo
very beautiful picture. calm and serene. i like the attention paid to capturing the ground with the leaves and the rocks. tfs.
