Oteshiho is traditional style country dishes of Yamagata Japan.
Oteshiho(or Otesho) means small dishes.
most dishes a edible wild plant. (i like it)
it is really healthy. no fat and low calorie.

Foodie pictures don't always attract big crowds here, but I love them. This picture is yet another reason for me to want to travel to Japan. Mmm...
Lovely colours and compo, but sharpness on the top could be better.
