Photographer’s Note
This is a small stream that runs nearby the Five Colour Lakes in Urabandai, Fukushima Prefecture. I used a Neutral Density filter to allow me to slow the shutter speed down long enough to turn the water to silk. I have another shot with a little more detail in the water (faster shutter speed).

This is a nice composition, and your blurring of the water produces a nice effect. However, I find the highlights in the water (foreground) too bright, with no detail. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the deep shadow areas are almost black, also without detail. I'd try brightening the whole image to bring out shadow detail, then burning in the highlight areas in the water (if there's any detail in the negative to draw out).
