Fantastic!! The man's attire, his facial expression, and the background are all perfect. The contrasting textures of his clothing, skin and hat against the background looks superb in black & white. The sharp line across the background intersects perfectly with the man's gaze, enhancing an already riviting connection between subject and viewer.
