On a hilltop on the island of Shikoku near Takamatsu stands a granite statue. It seems to me saying to the gathering storm clouds "back off".

while commenting on your photo I d like to say I agree with your thoughts about photography.on such a cloudy day black and white seems like an inventive idea. by the way I wish you could include more of the statute it looks like a small detail althought it wasnt intended this way.
