Photographer’s Note
Matsuyama Castle is the city's landmark. It sits 132 meters high, on top of Katsuyama Hill, in the center of the city. It was constructed from 1602 to 1627 by a famous samurai, Yoshiaki Katoh. It is known as one of three multi-wing castles, situated on a flat-top mountain and attracts a lot of people.
Important cultural property (national cultural asset), the main castle building of Matsuyama Castle
The main castle building of Matsuyama Castle is a three-story building with a basement housing. This is one of the newest main castle buildings in Japan. The construction technique and materials were the best
The small main castle building was built to protect and watch the southern area and the back gate. It is the second most important building with two end tiles in the shape of Shachihoko on the top. The castle is awe-inspiring.
I hope you like it

Hi Dan
I like the strong compositional diagonal. Good sharpness & an expansive view from the terrace of Matsuyama Castle across Shikoku. Excellent sharpness. I like the small, blue, cone-shaped mountain on the horizon, which adds depth. Tfs!

Hi Dan.
Maybe you could play with the exposure and you would have a more expressive landscape.
Anyway, good composition and nice panoramic view.
Regards.
