This was taken by chance because I was deciding with my friend whether to go to the port in Matsuyama, the final answer was yes, so here is one of the photos from the nearby port.
We actually walked from the port to this place, it was further west from the port and I was trying to follow this little island as you can see in the photo and as we climbed this little mountain through the bushes and to the open, we saw this view, 2 islands and the two fishermen.
What a fine day, too bad the sun wasnt on my side, but oh well, nothing is always perfect
I hope you like it

Hey Dan. I can't believe that this great shot has no points yet! I don't really mind the light you had because in the end your exposure is still well balanced. The father and son are a great addition as well and are the icing on the cake for me. Nice one Dan.

Looks like an idyllic bay. Good inclusion of the father & son, who add a human touch. Excellent colour, lighting & sharpness. Tfs!

Very nice islands, and the two fishermen makes a nice addition to the image. But as you mention in your note, perhaps to much sun that day since the twinkling effect of the light on the water is very difficult to catch.
All the best,

This is great one - in each aspect! There's so much atmosphere in it - it's somehow touching. A really bautiful photo! I like it very much!

Long time! Good to see you...A very nice picture of the father & son in the lovely setting. The backlight creates a good impression on the water. I like the picture Dan
