Photographer’s Note
This is a different angle view of the Kazura Vine Suspension Bridge. I did posted a view on the bridge in one of my previous posts with WS #1 and WS #2 to that post. This is a different angle view. Please see the notes in that post regarding the bridge.
There was a snow storm in that area a few days before our visiting. There was a light snow during the day we visited there.
I took this picture in the middle of another iron bridge across the gorge. In the WS, I have posted a picture with a reverse angle as this picture.

Hi Wes,
Excelent guideline note and post references. I like very much your angle approach and enquadrement view of the moment in a not so well weather friendly conditions. I notice a little blur or not so focused capture but the composition is excelent and this is a fine picture that you share with us about your interesting and informative Travelogue. Good light handling and composition. Best to you and TFS.

Hi Wes,
Clearly you made the right choice with the photo you posted. The light is much better. I just recieved the email about your post, but Fernando still beat me here and I still agree with his comments. The color and depth of field are wonderful, I just want to explore that canyon. As I'm working on sharpness for my own photos, I analyzing pictures relative to sharpness. I'm guessing most of the fuzziness was the relatively long shutter speed. I also wonder if your camera is set to focus on the nearest object since the limbs in the foreground are sharpest. : ) Pat

The overall impression of the landscape with the suspension bridge in the middle is good. However, the details seem to me somewhat fuzzy.

Hi Wes,
Very nice composition & PoV. And I agree with other critiquers that depth's very good too. However, technically it's not excellent - it's not quite sharp enough and bit out of focus.
But now I learn that Japan has bridges like this and that's the important thing! TFS.

Hi Wes,
I think we need bridges like this to reach each other even in difficult circumstances. So we can survive even the snowstorm.

Wes when you return to post a photo showing a different angle it really helps to see the big picture at this bridge. You chose a very good angle here. Nice details rendered and a pleasure to view this photo!!

really nice shot of this bridge here, it looks really old, which is suprising because things in Japan are pretty new, well done

Hey Mr. Wes. Yes this is the sort of bridge that might give me the creeps going over. I think this is the best one by far. It's a little busy but the stream bed does help keep order by acting as a leading line. Well done Wes.

Hi Wes,
Ahhhh...! Interesting capture of this awesome construction!
Your POV gives a good impression of the setting, and some fine lines to take my eye further down the valley...

Interesting setting for the bridge in the very rough landscape. Nice work in the saturated little underexposed variant that is good for this photo.

Hola Wes.
I just came back from my vacation and no doubt that I'm quite behind with your pictures and critiques but I will catch up.
This is another great shot of your trip to Japan. Very original picture, with very good POV and compo. As always good sharpness and colors contrast.
Well done. TFS.

Impressive and vertiginous. The pov is good to understand the scale and the whole place.

I seem to have somehow missed your latest photos Wes. I love how the v of the rope bridge ecoes the v of the valley. I'm not usually too bothered about heights but this looks a bit scary.

Bonjour Wes,
Daniel.
