Photographer’s Note
Do you think this is Holland?
well it isnt, but a replica, ofcourse not exact replica, and I guess the mountains were the give aways that it isnt Holland.
It is infact Haus Ten BOsch in Kyushu Japan.

I have been to Holland (Amsterdam) mostly and it has its similarities apart from the hundreds of Asian children running around on that day, the place was huge to say the least so my good friend and I rented bicycles to cycle around the park because it was just so big as mentioned.
There was even a full size pirate ship with sails that takes people for short rides out to sea, recently built ofcourse.
There were alot of attractions for guests to familiarise themselves of life in Holland from the past to present, very good for the oriental people because most of the attractions only spoke in Japanese, there arent any rollercoasters there but there is a Merry go round.
The experience is really good especially if you cannot afford or dont have the opportunity to go to Holland in Europe.
I liked it,
I hope you like the picture

Hej Dan,
Thanks for this very interesting picture. I've heard about this place, so I like it very much to see this picture. It's funny to discover the buildings here and recognize many of them, like the Concert Hall of Amsterdam on the left hand side of the shot as well as Amsterdam Central Station (or maybe the Rijksmuseum, these buildings are very alike) in the background. But indeed, the mountains are not so Dutch. :-)
Thanks for sharing!

Hi Dan,
Nice view of the city. Good picturesque one. But I think it is a bit soft and hazy. I made a WS. Hope you like it.

Interesting find, Dan. A nice sweeping wide-angle view across this 'little Holland' on the opposite side of the globe, and as you rightly say the mountains in the back give away the real location. The colors are somewhat muted on the hazy day, but there's a great deal of interesting details to be discovered in this one.

Hi, Dan! Your pic shows that Holland could be even more pretty if some hills were added to it's landscape lol! Nice POV and composition. Very interesting note, too! TFS! Regards! Miguel.

Hi Dan
Good overview of this section of Nagasaki City, although I don't recognise any of it. Could be slightly sharper. Good work overall. Tfs!

Bonsoir Dan,
