Photographer’s Note
It's almost sakura season again. This is from 2004 in Hikone, a small city a few minutes from Kyoto on the shores of Biwako lake, Japan's largest lake. Taken outside the castle grounds. The small white stain in front of what looks like a bridge is accumulated fallen cherry blossom petals. The pine branch on top was lightened, and I added a little red and decreased green on the cherries to bring out the pink. The trees were a bit too white in the original version.

Hello.
wow!!
Such terrible cherry blossoms have not been seen up to now.
The Japanese loves cherry blossoms why.
I feel like seeming the drift of the smell of the appearance that the petal of
cherry blossoms whirls or the flower when this photograph is seen so.

Bonjour Tan,
Faire cohabiter tant de jolies couleurs en de si bonnes proportions dans une seule compo, tient de l'exploit. Je suis en admiration devant ces roses, bleus et verts.
Magnifique opportunité.

Hi Captain,
I've missed this one, this kind of picture is a bit unusual from you.
Nice combination of colors. These pink trees are lovely, I never saw some.
Good composition with the green branch.

Hi Tan.
I've seen the miniature of this picture by chance on the TE welcome page and it was clearly not an option not to click on it and not to see the large version. he subhorizontal 4-5 layers composition is really beautiful and the perpective on the castle walls is great.
Another great shot, completely diferent from the others, in yor gallery...
Thanks for sharing.
