L' International airport of the Kansai (関西国際空港, Kansai Kokusai Kūkō, Kankū) is a situated airport to Izumisano (Osaka, Japan) and serves mainly the city of Osaka and the region of the Kansai, from which it takes the name. Constructed on plan of Renzo Piano of 1987 and finished in 1994, it is situated on un' artificial island (4 km of length for 1 of width) distant 3 km from the mainland, which it is connected through a bridge to two levels: the advanced one for the traffic on rotates, l' inferior for that one on track. L' airport is developed for a length of 1700 meters and is constituted from a terminal centers them from the cover that remembers l' wing of an airplane. This has carried on one side to hard critics for l' structural ingegneristica that seemed not to contrast l' lowering and dall' other to acknowledgments which l' to be one of the ten structures " Monument dell' civil engineering of the Millennio" conferitogli in the 2001 dall' " American Society of Civil Engineers". The view dell' air terminal to form of wing and on the background the control tower. To difference dell' other port of call of Osaka (Itami), Kansai is mainly used like international port of call and servants also the other cities of the region Kyōto and Kobe. The high costs of port of call demands of it make one of the airports more beloveds of the world and after a precedence red, single management deeply in currently it is being put into effect un' radical change of direction, thanks also to the political new of " sconti" adopted
