Ima wa nan ji desuka (?), what time is it? :)
Summer 2008, I went to Osaka to obtain my visa.
From Hiroshima to Osaka it took 4 hours by basu/bus, and arrived at Osaka Eki or Osaka Station. This photo of huge mechanic hourglass was taken at the station. The outer diameter size is about 3-4 meters.
I like the station, crowded, yet there are many stores and restaurants to visit.
I met some groups of Japan supporters who wanted to go to Beijing Olympic. Very interesting to see them with backpacks, flags and banners. My big regret, I forgot to capture the moment.

The path in front of this hourglass was narrow, I wasn't able to take the whole picture of it, sorry.
Or was it because of my camera? Should have shot it from different angle, but was in a hurry...
Editing process: cropped the right side to make it symmetric, sharpened and added border. What do you think about the color? Cheers...
