I like the composition and the depth of field but I think the foreground is too dark. Of course this shot is tricky, as you have a sunny backlight. Maybe some edition by software could make it. If you enable workshop postings, maybe someone may post an edition for you.
I wonder why people are washing their hands. Some more information would be appreciated, in case you know about it.

You caught good scenery. They are good composition and atmosphere!
The act from which this hand is washed is an act which purifies the hand with water and pays respect to God, before worshipping at a shrine. It cannot be encouraged although there are some persons who drink the water occasionally...In Japan, the act of "purifying" is utilized on various scenes of a life.
I held the workshop for harnessing this photograph more.I hope you like it.
