This kind of cherry blossam is called "Yae-zakura". Yae-zakura have generally bigger flower and bloom later than "sakura" ,which normally we call that.

This pic was taken at Gokokuji( or called Toji) in Kyoto in Japan. This architecture which exists behind Yae-zakura has five-story and established A.C.796 ( more than 1200 years ago), but due to some times fire accident, current one was built again in 1486.

Yae-zakura on this photo was nearly before falling, so I guess it was lucky for me that I could take this shot on fine day. To make Yae-zakura blighter, I used Flash.

in Kyoto, there are a lot of old temples and you can see them and Sakura blooming in same area at the begging of April. Hope you feel its nice combination in my pic.
