Photographer’s Note
A shot of the famous torii gates tunnel at the Fushimi-Inari Taisha Shrine in Kyoto (10,000 gates tunnels snaking up and through the hills). This monk surely seemed in a hurry to get to the top...

Hi Cristian,
I like the way you catch monk as a ghost with his white dress and moving mode.
Corridor is an attractive path for running monk, built by the red colums in each side (right, left and top) and blocked by the darker figures at the end where your ghost is running.
Congrats,
Burcu

Cristian,
Nicely composed, with an excellent use of shutter speed, brining an otherwise static shot to life. You were fortunate to have this white clad monk passing by - it's another thing one should also keep in ones camera bag! ;)

Hi Cristian,
Aaaah Fushimi Inari, a great place to visit and a joy to photographers, in the afternoon the light is different from the morning and the red are darker, a great framing where you got all the essential elements and the passing monk motion.
Have a nice day JY

Hello Cristian
The famous Tori Gates, but it's the hurrying monk in white who steals the show IMO. The red is good & the paper lantern adds to the beauty. Fine depth & perspective in this very good shot. Well done Cristian!

Hi Cristian,
This Japanese red, those wooden pillars and the closed, tight atmosphere are well captured enough to cage the distorted monk-ghost in hurry. The lantern is a very nice detail, and the overall compo is just great.

But for his pitch-black hair, he would look like a real apparition. I like the contrast between him and the dark red surroundings.

Japonia!!!
De invidiat ((:
Numai bine!

A great japanese mood, very well composed with this white monk walking in that great tunnel. Having the black people far away was a good idea too. A great inspiration, well composed.

Salut Cristian,
Parfaite!
