This speciality of the Kansai region is basically made of flour, eggs and shredded cabbage.
The all sorts of ingredients can be added, such as beef, shrimp, octopus, cheese, depending on your preference.
After baking it is served with a spicy or non-spicy thick sauce.
The man in the back ground is preparing fried noodles.
