Nankin-machi(Nanking quarter) is the chinatown of Kobe. Since the port of Kobe was opend in 1868, Chinese marchants began to live near the foreign settlement. It was the origin of Kobe Chinatown. Today there are many Chinese restaurants and shops
selling Chinese products.
