Photographer's Note

There is a city with many mountain and rivers called Shiso-shi as the inside of Hyogo.
Traditional tradition and culture are left here.
The tree called this horse chestnut is Furuki whom this local person takes good care of from old days.
A fruit similar to a chestnut is produced in autumn.
I process it after exposing it to water for approximately one month because it is not just eaten, and exhausting the Tannin of the chief ingredient of the bitterness and eat.

Hello Toshiaki - My compliments on a lovely woodland photograph. I love the composition with its rich variety of greens. The foreground detail of moss-covered rocks from which the beautiful tree trunk emerges is lovely. The contrast of tree varieties is wonderful and the tall upright trunks and more diagonal growth works really well. A beautiful image full of interesting detail. Best regards rosemary
