Mysterious wink by a team leader Photo

Photographer’s Note

She was a team leader of the Festival Float which was very big and carried by around 70-80 participants. She ran ahead and lead big float by using whistle. Usually the leader would be appointed from men, so she was in the unusual case. She gave me a wink when I focused on her. I did not understand the meaning of her wink toward me.

Wonderful portrait as always. The light appears to be strong behind her and yet you got great detail in her face and garments. Lovely color, excellent exposure and an amusing expression. You do these so very well... Many thanks and warmest wishes,

PS. I think I'm "returning" to TE after my long absence. I planned to be away only for 3-4 days... and it turned out 2,5 weeks! I missed TE of course! I hope to catch up with all the photos as soon as possible!!
