I took this picture a few years ago on Odaiba in Tokyo. I don't know what that building is but there were lot of fisherman at that time.
Odaiba is a artificial island in Tokyo's harbour and it is connected to Tokyo by the Rainbow Bridge. There is a big shopping mall there, a huge Toyota showroom and a lot of expensive apartments.

That building is the Tokyo Big Sight, a huge convention centre.
I remember seeing it myself, but from a distance. Odaiba is a great place. If you stand in one spot and turn in a circle, everywhere you look is something interesting and exciting.
I really like the lighting in this. The angle is good too.
You forgot to mention the lone fisherman in your note. Are all of those rods his? He makes this shot a lot more interesting.

Great architecture,but it seems it isn`t the accourdingly surrounding for fisherman,maybe it is the reason why they are not present. ;))

nery nice compo with this great,but simultaneously and strange from side of manufacture architectural building.Like the angle of view with the splendid colours and the afternoon light.Good the sharpness and the contrast of your shot.Well done.
