From Hotel New Otani
You can see the skylines of Shinjuku area (another center of Tokyo in the west) over the rich green belt. They used to be the residences of major Daimyo (feudal lords) and now are reserved as palaces and parks.

i remember there is a famous Japanese restaurant in the Garden...very discret ,But i forgot the name,,
