Photographer's Note

In Jpan, maybe all over the world in general, Firework is a seasonal event in Summer. But specially in Japan, firework in summer is not so beatiful due to much humidity. So recently firework in Fall has become a little popular in Japan. This event was held last Saturday, I enjoyed muself very much.

Such a beautiful scene, and something that is so difficult to capture, but you have done a spectacular job of it here. The fireworks are so sharp and clear, I almost hear the loud noise and smell the gunpowder! I have tried to shoot fireworks a few times, and the results were terrible, so this to me is a wonderful image.

Beautiful and bright, Takero! Wonderful wide field of view here showing the full and impressive display of light, and the 1 second exposure is enough to capture the beauty while also retaining immediacy with the smoke drifting away and rockets in the middle of flight. Nicely done!

Fireworks are difficult to photograph but you have managed very well. Your 1 sec exposure was perfect to get the bursts of light. Magical!

this is an absolutely fascinating picture. You've captured the spectacular fireworks in full bloom. I love the luminosity of their patterns in combination with their amazing sharpness and soft colours. The contrast with the dark background is marvellous.
