Usually we have many fireworks event in Summer in Japan. But unfortunately several events are cancelled or postponed due to the last big earhquake. Maybe this one is last one for this year. As some friends of TE already konw, the shooting for fireworks is so difficult. Shutter timing and speed depends uopn the color balance and size of fireworks. This work is surely lucky hit.

Hello Takero, I think is the best of the three you have presented. Of course they all were good, but this encompasses more lighting and has wonderful mix of the various explosions of color. Very well done for sure. Have a good week. Regards, Roger

Hello Takero. A fireworks display at night. A photo can only be achieved with good cameras. Here everything is well managed. The photo is perfect - including the wonderful reflections. Rgds wolfgang.

I think you just about have it right.
the 2-3 second exposure time is spot on.
beautiful light display, and especially how the lights seem to be taken by the wind to the right.
enjoy your w/e

This photo is really well composed, with the ghostly citadel lit by red light giving it an extra element of interest. Fireworks are hard to photograph, and you've done well here. The relatively long exposure time has resulted in short trails that define the fireworks nicely.

Hello my dear Takero-san
Today we have the festival of lights in India - Diwali where we see lots of fire crackers on display. But I have never been able to take pictures like this. Brilliant 'flowers' created by the fireworks. The timing is excellent!
Best Regards & have a good week Takero-san
