This picture is quite gruesome (in a good way!).
The blood & pieces of flesh on the knives is like something from a film by Dario Argento!.
Anyhow, i like your composition & your view from life in a fish market.

Great to capture part of reality. Strong realism style of what we do daily. What we do to eat. Reminds me of realism style in some dutch paitings.
