This is life - Fun for some, and work for others. Carrying the huge backpack filled with beer and running up and down the stadium serving thousands of crowd in the sweaty summer heat is no joke.
The picture is taken at Jangu stadium in Tokyo during the game between Hanshin Tigers and Swallows.
