Well, street photogtaphy is a tough challenge. I hardly could shoot anything correct in the last months.
I like this one, and i take thos opportunity to send you a warm welcome to TE. I'm also living in Tokyo, since last year.
So, what i like here are the pale colors in blue and white and the geographical composition, with the picture divided into two parts.
I only regret the lack of expression of the woman, and the lack of '"interaction" between the photo of the model in the window and the persons passing by.

Definitely the fashion poseur kind.
The woman's raised arm adds a lot like she was trying to grab him back to... to what, in fact? reality? like "hey, stop posing, idiot"..
just a slight framing issue, I wish there were no apparent white sleeve on the extreme left hand side and also that the main character was less centered.
(could look like one of Shailendra's or Francis' posts)

Nice use of reflections and fashion figures - a favorite passtime of Tokyo street photogs (believe me...). I very much like the way you go from small on the left to large on the right giving the scene some shaoe and ascendence as it were.
