View from the Observation Room on the 45th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (Tokyo Tocho), which is 200 meters high. From here, one can see the skyscrapers of Shinjuku district and the Shinjuku Central Park. Shinjuku is the Tokyo's largest skyscrapers district.
Walking down the streets of Shinkuju, one mostly croos the way of salarymen. But I was surprised by the huge number of homeless poeple which live in blue tents in the Park.
Unfortunately for us, that day was overcast with low cloud in bad weather and the view wasn't clear. I enhaced the feeling of sadness I got that day with the PP. It's nothing exceptionnal but I like the result.

The green tint is unusual. Clearly the observation room provides an instructive viewing point for Shinjuku. Some nice architecture to be noted here. Well done.

The green tone really makes this image unique. I like it. The washed out sky is very interesting looking as well. Great view.
