This is quite a common scene in Japan. Young kids practicing dancing in front of large windows where they can see their reflection as they practice their moves.
Mostly you see this in the evenings, after the offices have closed. But this was on the weekend and so they had a chance to practice in the day time. Also the winter being very cold does not help them in their practice at night either.
I liked this picture once again, after reviewing it. My original intention was to get the picture of the girls dancing, but the statue looks like it is supervising the girls. Specially the one singing. Had I seen this when I was taking the picture I would have taken care to include the head of the statue. I took this from a long distance and the look of the statue was not clear to me from where I was standing.

I like this photo, although like you said, you could have included the full length of the statue. Some other things I would do if you had time in post-processing:
- the plynth of the statue and the foreground is too bright and takes away from the main subject of the girls, so you could do selective dodging of these areas.
- Same with the scarf and hand on the girl on the left, they are too bright
I'm sure there is a selective mask in Photoshop where you can do both the above (although my PS skill is not sufficiently advanced to do it myself yet).
That said, it's a very interesting picture and a good note.

We learn mor about Japan girls with that picure. It is well framed and I like how the statue looks the girl down. Well done!

Funny shot but I agree with Josh89 - to bad with the statue and the head. Perhaps you should have moved a bit to the left (if possible) - but well done any how.

this is a great scene, but the light is too harsh, there is too much of overesposure in many areas. also I'd prefer to see the other girl's reflection too - it means you standind two steps to the left, maybe then... anyway, I really like the scene, crazy Japanese!
